Welcome to our e-store!! Since this is an e-store, we would like to give you a little visual..imagine our store in a quiet little old town, on a beautiful tree lined street. The type of place where you like to stroll all day, admire the neighborhood stores, houses and gardens. Around the corner there is a little Starbucks,a little bicycle shop and some antique and gift shop. Our little store is very casual and unassuming, the store owner very friendly and personal always have a quick response for every question that you might have..while you browse through the store's exotic global assembled collection of little things that makes you feel pampered, you wonder where they acquire all this lovely stuff with such a good pricing.. We hope you enjoyed feeling pampered in our store. We are definitely not Macy's or The Gap, but we pride ourselves as the little store that transcends you to another time, another mood. We also pride ourselves in finding good quality items with great pricing.

Return Policy: Please report damaged or defective goods within 14 days of the shipment and obtain an authorization from us. Please e-mail the return request to: admin@feelingpampered.com. Or you can return an item for whatever reason as long as the items are returned in new or unused condition with its original packaging. Please return the merchandise along with the packing slip and wrap the package securely. Include the reason for return and any comments you may have on the slip. We will issue a full refund or exchange for the price of any item you return that meets the above conditions upon receipt of your return package. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Orders shipped under free ship will not received full refund as shipping charges will be deducted before we issue refund.
